He Used to Have a Yard

Well the situation presented in this one should be pretty self-explanatory. The character used to have a yard, then it sank... now he has a boat.

This was done entirely in Painter 8, and I didn't keep track of the time it took, but I'd ballpark at least 12 hours, most of which was me staring at it and wondering how to proceed.
